Clique Canada is the ONLY web site on the Internet that rates the rater.

"Why is that important to me?"

As a consumer, it is important to you because you want to learn from other peoples' experiences before you buy, so you need to know if the rating is sincere.

As a supplier, you want to know where you need to improve so you can better satisfy your customers and grow your business.

Sometimes people go on the Internet and trash everyone in the database. Still others, bless their hearts, mean well and give everyone a 100% rating.

At Clique Canada, each supplier rating will have an attachment from Clique Canada that will read something like this:

Examples:

1. Surferboy has rated 57 companies. Surferboy's average rating is 73%. Surferboy has rated this company at 68%. This should be considered a VALID rating.

2. Surferboy has rated 68 companies. Surferboy's average rating is 73%. Surferboy has rated this company at 12%. This should be considered a VALID rating; this company needs to IMPROVE.

3. Miriam has rated 491 companies. Miriam's average is 100%. Miriam has rated this company at 100%. This should NOT be considered a valid rating. Miriam means well; she is just too kind.

4. Biff has rated 142 companies. Biff's average rating is 12%. Biff has rated this company at 13%. This should NOT be considered a valid rating. Biff just likes to trash everyone.

Consumers and business alike can weed out the noise, if you will, to determine what ratings are sincere and meaningful versus which ones do not help consumers buy and businesses improve.
